WDI Inspections

When purchasing a home or commercial building, a Wood-Destroying Insect (WDI) or a Wood-Destroying Organism (WDO) Inspection is required by the VA, FHA, HUD, and most banks in order to determine whether the building had, or is currently experiencing, an infestation.

A proper WDI/WDO Inspection consists of a thorough examination of a home or business for visible evidence of termites, carpenter ants, carpenter bees, and other wood destroying insects and organisms. We also will look for signs of a previously treated termite or WDI/WDO problem and if the treatment is continuing to perform up to standard.
